Dr. Yang Ahn graduated from Catholic Medical College in Seoul, Korea in 1967. He underwent post-graduate training at St Luke’s Hospital and Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. He has been practicing family medicine since 1973.
Dr. Ahn has studied acupuncture in Korea and the United States and has practiced acupuncture, along with family medicine, since 1982. He is a member of the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture. He opened the third Ahn Clinic, December 19th, 2011, in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Dr. Peter Ahn graduated from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in Iowa City, Iowa in 2001. He completed a family medicine residency with the Cedar Rapids Medical Education Foundation. He has been practicing family medicine since 2005.
Dr. Peter completed his medical acupuncture coursework through the Stanford School of Medicine and continues his acupuncture education with his father, Dr. Yang Ahn. He practices family medicine at MercyCare Blairs Ferry and medical acupuncture at Ahn Clinic in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
